Full Professor at the Faculty of Organisational Science

Dr. Ivana Kovačević is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. She earned her BA, Magister, and PhD degrees at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. With over 20 years of experience, she is engaged in academic teaching, research, and consulting in applied psychology in business contexts. Her interests include human resource management and cognitive and organizational ergonomics. She has authored and co-authored numerous scientific publications and received recognition for her contribution to the Serbian Psychological Society.
