Jovana Hadži-Ðikić is a graduated psychologist and a Master’s student in Work and Organizational Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. During her internship in an organizational context, she gained experience in employee assessment development. She has also co-authored and presented research at international conferences, focusing on work stress and organizational processes. Her interests lie in Learning & Development and fostering growth for individuals in the workplace.
