Dragica Pavlović Babić is a professor of educational psychology at the Department of Psychology and at the multidisciplinary master program Policy in Education at University of Belgrade, Serbia. She has gained significant research experience in the field of quality and equity in education, student assessment, educational competencies, inclusive education and educational impacts of demographic trends. She is the president of Educational Research Association of Serbia, member of European Educational Research Association’ Council. She headed the program board of the European Conference in Educational Research 2025 in Belgrade, Serbia.
