Scientific Committee

Dobrinka Kuzmanović is an Associate Professor at the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Philology, Department of Social Sciences. Her research focuses on development and learning in formal education, digital literacy among students and school staff, online safety, and the digital wellbeing of young people. She has served as a key expert in major international projects such as Global Kids Online, EU Kids Online, PISA, TALIS and UniSAFE. She collaborates with international research networks and contributes to advancing evidence-based educational and digital wellbeing policies.
