Activate your account by clicking the activation link sent to your email. Check your Spam folder if it has not arrived within a few minutes.

Start a submission
Click “Start a new submission” on the top right to enter the submission process.
Important
Options you select or information you input in the submission steps are only temporarily saved, please visit the final Summary step and submit otherwise the information may be lost. You can always visit back later and update your submission if required.

Following the submission of the symposium overview, the system will automatically email the authors marked as Presenters, providing each of them with a unique symposium code.
These authors must then submit their individual abstracts by following the instructions outlined below for Symposium Paper, making sure to use the symposium code provided by the system to correctly link their submission to the symposium.
