Scientific Committee

Dragana Jelić, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Novi Sad, Serbia. Her work integrates academic research with over a decade of applied experience in coaching, training, and employee development. Her research focuses on employee well-being and organizational effectiveness. She has served on the Program and Organizing Committees of major national psychology conferences and is the Serbian representative of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP).
