Nataša Lazović is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Niš, Department of Psychology. She completed her undergraduate and master’s studies in Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Niš. Her academic and research interests lie in developmental and educational psychology, with a particular focus on attachment, children’s emotional development, and educational contexts. She was a scholarship holder of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia and participated in the research project Indicators and Models of Work–Family Role Balance”. In addition to her academic work, she has extensive experience in the non-governmental sector, providing psychological support to children, youth, and families from marginalized groups, and mentoring student volunteers. She is the author and co-author of several scientific papers published in national and international journals and has actively participated in numerous scientific conferences in Serbia and the region.
